1-page Summary: Your abstract should be an explicit summary of your work that states the background, the aim, the methods used, and the major results and conclusions. The PDF document MUST contain the following items in order to be accepted for review:

Presentation preference
The presentation preferences are "oral or poster", "oral only", or "poster only". The programme committee has the final say on all final selections.
Evaluation criteria
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Programme Committee and external experts; decisions will be made by 18th July 2025. Although priority will be given to UK-based researchers, abstracts from outside the UK will also be considered for the talks. The selection of speakers will be based on the scientific merit of the abstracts, with an emphasis on reflecting the breadth of work in the UK primarily. The main objective of the meeting is to bring together users and developers of fNIRS in the UK, foster collaborations, assess the state of the UK fNIRS community, and discuss its future.
